Horrible place. Dont trust the employees or the owner. Took my truck in for trailer connection issues and no one was to blame for the work poorly done. One of the employees confirm workers there dont last and dont have a clue what there doing. There poor work will be blame on a faulty part they install new by them that doesnt get warranty. Owner will tell you to go buy a new truck if you dont want issues with your vehicle instead of fixing the issue with the vehicle in the first place and why iam there as customer trying to get service from your shop. He will charge you for something thats not even the issue with. Specially elderly folks like my father was was rip off $150 dollars in 2 visits and still have to take our truck to another shop for the same issue no brake lights on our trailer. Dont waste your money or your time there. I spent 2k getting my driver license back and dont want any tickets and iam avoiding getting pulled over and wanting to fix our trailer lights and this shop is truely a mess

This is an awesome, kind, professional business man. I would refer anyone to come to him. I’ve been coming here for years, since I had a problem in 2014 with a Lexus I had, which balance kept messing up my headlights. He always was honest, fair, and had reasonable prices for his labor and merchandise. I’m here now in 2024, after purchasing a car from Mike Calvert only 2 months ago and screen goes out where I cannot turn on the air. They will not do anything for me. I came to thunder sound and without charging me anything, fixed the car to where my a/c at least works. My husband died during this time, so the difficulty in dealing with all this at the same time is unbearable. Thunder sound took care of me extraordinarily. I Highly recommend this place with 20 ⭐️’s. Thank you so much for your loyalty towards you guys customers. The person matters more to them than the 💵.

I got a kenwood radio installed, super fast, super clean, a problem occurred where it would randomly turn off and on, they fixed it no problem free of charge.
